Sounds like vasospasm to me too. Do they tingle when you're cold too (i.e. when you get out of the shower)? The best short term solution is to keep your nipples warm, by using warm washers after feeds, and to try and keep nipples covered (not easy if you're air drying to help with nipple tenderness).

I had vasospasm in the early days, and it was caused by mild nipple trauma, usually when bub was falling asleep and slipping off the nipple. Try and get that attachment as perfect as you can, and don't be afraid to reattach heaps if you feel it isn't right.

Mine passed after a few weeks, and was definitely better with warm washers, and lots of attention to attachment.
