He doesn't settle after a breastfeed, and his sucking while on the breast changes, doesn't sound like he's swallowing any more and no matter how much I try to massage my breast to bring more milk down it doesn't seem to come after the first attempt, and then I get too sore to continue (his tongue tie needs to be snipped and causes me pain) and his suck seems stronger over the last few days.
