i had fast flow and heaps of milk and the only thing i could do in the early days was express off and then lie on my back with her lying on her belly on my chest and feeding.

sorry that i dont have any other hints or tricks, it was just so trial and error for us. it took around 3-4 months until i felt confident that we would get a good attachement and not too much flow.
