What happened Clover?

There was a suicide in the shed of the property about 10 years ago. I was considering bringing the topic into my offer price, but felt it was bad taste... even though I'm sure people do it all the time. I ended up just saying 'due to the history of the property'. If the RE asks I will explain more. I'm not even sure he knows? They legally don't have to disclose something like that in WA unless I ask, but given the size of the town, I already know. It was a pretty nasty way to leave the world too IMO
