Has anyone used this website to sell their house? Or buy a house? Or know anyone who has used it? Just after some reviews - of course there are reviews on the website, but I know not to believe everything I read on there (and of course I believe everything I read on here! LOL)

I don't personally - but I saw an apartment near me using it and they sold through it.

Really? Hmm. Do you have an idea on how long it was on the market for? Their website says the average is 18 days!!

No I don't sorry but I do remember thinking it was a good idea. I don't think it was on the market for very long though.

there is house near us that is for sale through there, it has been on for over a month so far, having said that there are a lot of similar houses in this area & always quite a few for sale so there is a lot of choice, there are 2 agents here & this is the first i have seen through the buy my house website

i'd definately give it a go. we're looking at buying a house, and i have had to start blocking calls from certain agents that were calling me every frigging day! so i'd be far more likely to contact the actual owner. plus, we all know estate agents are full of $hit and a pain to deal with xoxo
