I just got one, It wasnt hard , except if you find forms hard lol

I just went to a Department of housing office, got the forms
had to find a rental property

then you ask the real estate agent once you are approved to sign the part of the form they need to
then take the forms back to department of housing to process, it took a week but the real estate agent signed the form, and knowing i was waiting for that money, thay made a date to sign the lease a week later and it all worked out

needless to say, you have to fit certain criteria, but if you are receiving centrelink payments and your dh isnt working or is only casual then they will help, especially since you arre relocating for employment possibilities and have a child .....
