thanks Mum2Romone: i wasnt going to bother after what other had said but i think il call the dep of housing on monday and see what they say, i think we may just be over the limit on what you can earn, but only just. so we will see. cant hurt to ask i guess. thanks again, il be sure to ask if i have any q's.

mine was easy to get too but im not earning much atm... only took me about 5 mins to fill out the form n the real estate agent filled out the rest then i handed it in n it takes about 4 days to go through! good luck!

My last tenants got one of those loans/bond. They were both on a pension and didn't have an outstanding debt to Housing SA so it was all fine.

Onerous paperwork though.
