    my dad recons the best way to demolish a house is to have a sledge hammer party, its usualy just the frame work left at the end(if noone got to carried away) apparently its lots of fun...

    I spoke to a person about doing an asbestos report and he said not to bother. If it was built in the 50's-70's it's almost certainly got asbestos.

    Sledge hammer party sounds fun but you wouldn't be able to do that if it had asbestos....

    Nope, no sledge hammer parties if it's got asbestos, and it's going to be pretty expensive too, not sure how much, but a lot more than a non asbestos house!
