No updates yet, the house was open again on Saturday so I went along to check out my competition! Only one other person came, it is really over priced so I think a lot of people over look it. The agent said she would have an answer by that afternoon and that the owner just wanted a night to think it over.

She was obviously lying as she called this afternoon to say she was having trouble contacting one of our references and wanted to clarify how much we wanted to offer! Soooo lazy, how can the owner be considering our offer if you havent processed our application nor even remember what we wanted to pay? But, it could be a blessing in disguise as i also saw a another really nice place on sat which was $40 a week less so have applied for that one too. I would really prefer it, but it's not available until 3 weeks after we need to be out! Not a huge problem I dont think as the owners of our house aren't due back till the end of march so I think we could just ask for a bit longer? So I am going to delay the first agent until the second has made a decision!
