    I reckon if you feel like you really like the house and you are not thinking its forever go for it, the market is going up and it would be awful to miss out. After all you still may not get it...

    Well they accepted our offer and now we're in day 1 of the 3-day "cooling off" period and will hand over the deposit next week Settlement is in 90 days, so early April. Wow I can't believe it!! We are buying a house! We really like it and like the location and it's not *too* far from the beach! I still am a bit nervous and worried we rushed into it and didn't look around enough, but oh well, I know I'd regret it if we missed it.

    the libary is down Marcus Rd which is the main one running down next to the shops (on the crn there is Dingely Primary school) and the library was really nice when i went there a few years back have fun in dingley - if you wanna know anything feel free to PM me and ask - if i dont know i sure i'll be able to get it out of dad...or he'll know some one who knows! its a really nice place to bring kids up - well i thought it was brillaint!
