    You know what I would do? Contact the real estate agent, make them aware you are highly negotiable in terms of ending the lease. It might help you both out (you and the seller) if someone wants an empty house. However, since he got your lease and then put it on the market, it sounds as though he thought it was an advantage to have renters in when he tried to sell it, so perhaps you won't be too lucky asking for a break lease. Best of luck with it all, house inspections suck.

    Yuck! That sounds horrible - I sympathize with you not feeling settled.

    I don't really have any advice or know much about renting but I wanted to give you a anyway!!

    Have you started looking for somewhere new as well?
