Yeah I knew you had to put in all the extra's, but I figured if you went second hand it'd work out ok.
Don't you have to pay for power, water, phone etc either way?
My FIL was a buider, dad & DH have alot of experience with renovations & plumbing & all that stuff, & DH is a roofer.
So we were kind of hoping for us it'd work out ok.
