Yeah I think that for you it would be perfect at the moment. Grace isn't speeding around at the moment, you can put up the gate and also it means that you won't have to worry about mowing and all that sort of Guff, although Ben might do that for you

I personally would take it, but sign a 6 month lease so that if you realise it's not working for you, you won't feel like you're there forever. Besides your living circumstances might change over the next few months if your dates keeo going so well (come on bubba #2-yes I'm a little ahead of time...)
