    When we were looking at our current house DH and I were concerned that the road would be too busy. We drove by at different times during the day and night to see what the traffic was like. It paid off.

    If the floorplan is good, I'd go for it - if you have a good idea of what you'd want to do to the kitchen/bathroom and how much it would cost (realistically).

    Well update.
    We went a had a better longer look.
    We decided the layout and design of the house is fab!
    but would have too much work for the price they want...

    and i couldnt convince DH on the road.
    I see his point though. He said : wouldnt you rather a street your kids can ride their bikes in.

    so we are going to leave it

    but that is ok.. we are still on our journey!

    PP - No I know but I try and make sure I pay for postage there, as they record the details on the receipt. I'm guessing you must have used stamps then?
