Relocation to Nowra/Callala Beach area. Anyone know anything about the area?

hello, was just wanting to find some info about the Nowra area- particularly Callala Beach. we have had an offer that involves relocating from Melbourne to this area. am interested in finding out any info you know about the area- including schools/ pre schools/ shops anything!! tia

Can't really help but to say we have holiday'd there a few times and Callala is so nice. Very exciting move. I hope someone comes along to help out.

I know you said Mossvale was to far but it was bugging me that I could not remember the name, you know how it gets when you try and remember something and it is right there but you just can't get it, anyhoo. oh thats a diff one to the all girls one i was thinking of - frensham (in mittagong)
i think frencham actually has a coed school to yr 6 now (but all girls high school)
