Thankyou everyone Plumber had to run a metal thing through the pipes again. Has worked out it may be an on going issue due to all the dodgy plumbing. He even said its not goid enough as were paying good rent. It was only fixed 4months ago and should have lasted a year :S

Think its time to move let it no longer be our yuck rental.
