We signed a lease on the 18th of last month and were told the property report papers should be out to us in a weeks time. Now i called last week as we still hadnt got it and was told they would send one right away. We still havent got it. Do i just keep calling? Whats the process does it have to be done within a time frame? If so are we going to be blamed for things when we havent done them due to the report being late?
