Tell me about.. Noble Park....

It's been a while since I've been up that way, but I used to work at Waverly Gardens SC and it is a nice area closer up that way. Noble Park North, Mulgrave or even Dandenong North (where I used to live) are all close by suburbs you could look at too Like all suburbs NP probably has good and bad areas so maybe ask the RA's their opinion!

You could always live a bit further out on the train line...say...Pakenham for example.
