With Professor losing his job this week, and a few other personal things, I just don't have the sanity to find another tenant. Apart from this they've been fine, maybe a little annoying but they probably have their reasons. I'm just glad we've got the guaranteed income now, or at least a leg to stand on if they do decide to cut and run.

I'm just going by what the RE told me the other day LS - I wanted to up the rent if they were in there without a lease, not hugely, but enough for them to pull their finger out and make a decision. Apparently I'm not allowed to do that though, I've gotta give them 60 days notice before upping it. It's a good idea for next time though
