Guess which little ducky is on the war path?! I just found out the guy doing all the gardening is THE OWNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just went and had a friendly chat with him and reminded him they are suppose to give 24hrs notice before entering premesis and he claimed it didn't even occur to him to contact us! Ooooooooooooooooo so writing that in the log!!!!!!!!!
Ooooh I forgot to reply to this thread, they are very much doing the wrong thing by far!! Firstly they need to give notice & secondly they need to advise if its the owner doing the work!!! If there are inspections & pics being taken, well that should all be done by the agent. Who do they think they are!!!! WTF didn't occur to him!!!!
I would ring the property manager right now.
