    well, i'm not an expert but wouldn't the money you save on fuel and parking counteract the rates and body corporate iykwim?
    Well thats what I think. If we lived in town we might spend $30 a week on petrol, instead of $100. So that extra $70 a week can be used to pay the body corp (which at $275 a year is hardly anything) and the rates and the agents fees.

    agents fees - also tax deductible - there's a lot that is!
