I've just sent an email off to my uncle, who's a mortgage broker!
We are looking to borrow some money to build a shed home out on my mum & dad's block of land!
It could be 6 months or more away yet, but its exciting! I just hope it happens before this house is sold & we are forced to move, or that an investor buys this so we can take our time, but, eventually, hopefully, we will own our own home!!!
I had almost given up on the idea, thinking we would never be able to do it! But I think we have at least a small chance!
So, please send us positive vibes & good luck!!
