Im booked in for a ceasar in a couple weeks. Im just wanting to get some advice from those of you who have had one. Do you recommend i get a wax or did you just get shaved before the surgery? im just thinking that when the hair grows back through the scar after shaving it may be itchy? sorry if tmi!

I prefer being waxed simply becuase it itches less to grow back. When are you booked in - 2 weeks time? If you get it done now it will be stubbly when you go in. Maybe go in the same week you are booked so you are smooth (instead of stubbly) but no longer tender from the wax?

Funnily enough I didn't itch, but they only did from the pubic line about 2 cm down. If I have shaved and become itchy, it was lower down and around the bikini line..

But I am a wimp and even hate bikini waxing...

I had a shave before I went in for mine, but the middies decided I didn't shave down enough and they shaved me both times anyway.

I'd go the wax if you can hack it!!!! Mine wasn't itchy whilst growing back though.

No I found the scar once it actually started healing (a few weeks after) was itchy, but TBH I didn't notice a hair regrowth itch. And they shaved me too.

Do you have a really high c/s scar coco? Because mine is right on my hair line, just below my undie line?
