Just gently, gently... have you tried doing anything yet? What have you tried and how did you feel doing it? I started walking 3 weeks after mine and found it fine but everyone recovers at different rates so I would suggest doing what feels comfortable and not be looking to push yourself too much at this point.
Another thing to remember is that there is still heaps of relaxin floating around your system so you wont want to be doing running or step classes right now , but walking and swimming should be ok.
