    Has anyone experienced this before?

I have had a previous c-section and Im currently coming up to the 33 weeks pregnant mark. For the past 2 days on the right side of my previous c-section scar, Ive had pain. It feels like stretching, tearing, burning pain. If I stretch in bed (which I try not to do anyway cos the muscles in my legs spasm and that hurts too) it burns and then aches for ages afterwards. If I get up out of my office chair it sometimes does it too and also I can be randomly walking around and it does it. When u look at the scar it doesnt look any different. Im just a little concerned that it might be tearing inside. As I sit here now its a bit niggly but that could just be left over pain from getting out of the car and it burning.

I had some niggles now and then when I was pregnant after my 1st c/s. I am pregnant for the 2nd time after my 1st /cs and haven't had much trouble,. but I am not feeling much pressure down there yet.. MY scar feels a bit bulgier then normal which I will get checked this week at my antenatal

I would assume it is fine but if at all concerned just asked to be checked..

Jodie, I had that two with DD#2. It's just the scar stretching honey. It too has to stretch as the baby gets bigger and it is just tougher to stretch and will cause more pain. When they stich you up after a c/s, one side is inevitably tighter stitched than the other and so that side will find it harder to stretch. When you think back, I'm betting it's the side that hurt more after the c/s.... It's nothing to worry about hon, but if you are worried, talk to your ob or mw. Goodluck and I hope you have a wonderful birth/c/s expirience...

No problem. I know what it's like to worry and BB is one of the best places to come and ask. doubtless at least one person will have expirienced the same thing and can give advice. Just glad I can ease ur mind a little.
