I'm so sorry that your little princess had to depart so early, and that you had issues with your c-section recovery.

There are no issues with falling pregnant after a c-section however you will need to ensure that your body is completely healed before you fall pregnant again, I can't remember the time line I'm sorry but your infection will make the length slightly longer.
