If it were me, I would book in later and give your bubba a chance to cook longer, but have a plan to come closer (if you can) for the last few weeks, either that or of bubs comes early know if you can get airlifted.

What was your last labour like? Could u drive 3 hours in labour (early) if you needed to? (my labors are full on from the start, so I wouldn't be able to drive for 3 hours)
