Hey Tiff :-) I'm only on my second child - and hoping for a VBAC - but just wanted to tell you that my sister is the same age as you - about to undergo her 4th c-section (she has a 4 & 2 year old boys, and had a stillborn last year). I think she is wanting another child after this one, so she will probably give it one more go - so that would be a total of 5 c-sections. I heard that there isn't actually a limit on the amount of c-sections you can have, but of course, the risks associated are greater with each one. I think it depends on whether your want to have another child outweighs the risks!!! (and we are talking babies here, so I dare say it will!! ;-)) I know that I want another one after this one, even if I don't get my VBAC and it ends in a c-section again.
