Thumbs up National Caesarean Awareness Day

Today is National Caesarean Awareness Day in Australia, NCAD was established to honour the 1 in 3 women who give birth via major surgery. So for all of the BB ladies out there who have had a caesarean birth, whether planned or unplanned, today is for us. I applaud you all, caesareans are definitely not the easy way out & the effects last a lifetime.

its great that there is a day for "awareness" about it, but I am sure that if not for BB, I for one would not be "aware" of it.

for us all. Definitely not easy.

Would have loved to hear about this in the media though, I would never have known! There would be many others the same I think.
