Hi everyone, Ive just had my second caeser and cant remember what exercises I did after to gently get my fitness back, and my body!! I am only a week today from my caeser so I understand that I can't do too much yet, but are there any gentle exercises now that I can start to get some strength and tone back? My Dr happy with the result of the caeser as I had minimal scar tissue from my last one. he said at about 3 - 4 weeks I could start swimming, walking ect, but I don't have another check-up for 7 weeks, any advice or suggestions?
