Do you know how much blood you lost?
This could influence the decision re C/S.
Some hospitals consider 400mls or greater of blood loss to be a PPH where as other hospitals consider 500mls or greater a PPH
Also it is true that you can suffer from PPH even if you do have a C/S.
It would be imposable for me to make any recommendations without knowing more about your medical history.
