Only thing I can think of to add, off the top of my befuddled head, is something nice to wear if your hospital is one of the ones that allows you to go out for lunch/a quick shop while they look after your baby. Yes, take a good supply of daytime clothes - the maternity clothes that you can still bear to wear! I was surprised at how swollen I was afterwards. I wasn't expecting to be but in hindsight, it seems obvious why. Slippers are important and some shoes that you can slide into. My feet, ankles and legs were so swollen... The organic cotton undies from Target, which don't have tight elastic in them, I found to be really comfy, and I loved (still do) my maternity Bonds undies that I got from Myers - they're really low cut and sit under the c/s wound so they don't rub. If I think of anything else, I'll be back!
What do you have packed for bubs for the trip home?
