I am 6 weeks post baby via c-section but I was wondering when did you ladies head back to your gym and return to the group classes like aerobics or cycle?
I'm healing well and I know I can do yoga, walking and pilates but I am keen to really sweat
First time around it was about 12 weeks, second time around 8 weeks. I started jogging at about 16 weeks. The scar takes really about 3 months to fully heal so I would wait until then before doing weights and high impact stuff but cycling can be sweaty without too much stress on the scar.
