DH just has his intital and his birthdate (no year). I got them for him as his 21st present. They are scarily expensive now. The ones with just the numbers freak me out. $10,000 for a number plate? Give the money to me and I can invest it for you if you have $10K to spare
DPs cousin has 2 cars with just numbers the rare 3 number ones, actually might be 3 cars, not sure bought the old ford ????

I only got the cheaper option of 'customisation' which are FPR black with white writing number plates. Still have the original registration number though.

Is the cost the same for just a few numbers compared to all 6 being numbers? I was staring at the wall at VicRoads when I was there last, and didn't pay attention to smaller amounts of numbers. Scary stuff though these prices!

We have 3 sets - a mine, his and ours lol.

83 ART (DH's birth year and nickname) Broncos plates on his car
ELS 25 (my initials and age when I got them) Homer Simpson 'mmm...donuts' - used to be on my car
ANE 99 (our orignal 'him n me' and year we got together) Broncos plates back on my car. Had to get them re issued cos they'd been on 4 different cars so far.
