ok, quick explanation
ftb is broken in to two parts
ftba is based on both incomes - if you are receiving parenting payment, you would get max amount of ftba per child - approx 164 per child
ftbb is based on the income of the lower income earner (in this case, probably yourself) - if you're on ppp, your income would be around 12000 so you'd probably be getting pro rata amount of that one, not full amount (maybe 80 per fn)
add all those up, you're looking about 410 a fn (it may be a little more for ftbb)
now, if your estimate changed, it might mean your payment has been reduced to a lesser amount than what the estimator online says. if you previously had an estimate of 5k for yourself, then increased it to 12k, the system would look at all the days you were overpaid (when estimate was at 5k) and reduce the payments for the balance of the financial year as well as paying you less because your income is at 12k. honestly, for a ppp customer with two kids, 410-430 ish per fn sounds about right
if you pay rent, you may be entitled to a bit more than this - but only if your rent has been verified (ie you've provided your lease agreement).
