you're probably right on the mark with the different ratio making the difference. $7 sounds like a bit for one week, but you would have gotten half of that back, so only a few dollars - prolly not worth the time it takes to sit on the phone to query it!

some of these question are actually helping to keep my brain working at the moment - feels like i'm stagnating not being at work! hate it (but loving not being there during peak busy time!)
