The problem with my service is the fact the director is NEVER there. I wanted to pay my fees by card this morning since they bounced but nooooooo she wasn't bloody there.

I have to call FAO anyway so i will ask about this at the same time.

I don't understand why they need to take extra? It will rectify itself anyway - or it should, it does in my system - maybe it's their software provider.

Mine's been out of whack too. Fortunately I'm able to just wait until it has caught up and pay the right amount - we haven't set up a direct debit.

Don't know what the delay is...
