If you only got one payment you won't get a group certificate. I think you only get one if you got parenting payment?
Partner who doesn't have his yet has 364 days of parenting payment and 1 day of DSP - but a LOT of DSP backpay came through this financial year as he claimed in late April but got approved for it on June 30th.
