I don't think the new baby will make much difference TBH. They don't have HIS address (they have his mothers), & will once its all updated with c'link, but they have his phone number, it hasn't changed. Neither has his employer's details.
He won't put a tax return in because he knows exactly where it'll go. No point in his eyes. He won't see it. They can't take her money.
But then if she's on PPP, something may come out eventually. She'd have to declare his earnings... & wait for his tax to get supplement payments. Who knows. Next financial year could be interesting... And if she's on PPS, nothing like a tip off

Doubt it. As far as I know that's her money isn't it? I could call them up I guess & see if the baby being his makes a difference.. being that there is an income there that wasn't before. But I expect that if its in her name it wouldn't matter. An being a c'link payment they'd only take a minimal amount... which wouldn't cover what he's meant to pay now, let alone any debt. That's my understanding anyway.
Who knows. Next financial year could be interesting... And if she's on PPS, nothing like a tip off
