ftb debts are only collected from ftb (in a repayment plan like trillian mentioned) or from reconcilliation amounts (so the amount at the end of the financial year)

baby bonus is paid by FAO but is a stand alone payment and will no be debited for anything you owe as it's nothing to do with ftb
