Op that site crashes for me constantly! Glad to know I shouldn't take it personally now

A lot of updates are going on constantly and it can impact online services. And surprisingly (or maybe not!) a lot of claims are lodged on weekends. Probably because their is an extra parent around to watch kidlets, or people think they are the only people home on weekends lodging claims, but really many of us are in the same boat lol
