    Sorry to hijack but what health check are they supposed to have at 4yo to get a supplement? Do I need to get one for DD?

    there are a number of custoemrs that are required to get the health check - you would have received a letter if you're supposed to report the health check. you'll also see it on the home page of your online services

    Thanks BG, I don't remember getting a letter about a health check, just about immunisations, so I think we're ok.
