processing times at the moment are 21 to 35 days after lodgement of paperwork - you're currently on day 9 so still a significant amount of time

once FAO have done their processing, it then gets referred to your employer to accept payments, and payments are sent across to them from there. it will then go with your employers payroll. it can take a while for that to happen. i wouldn't hold my breath on anything being completed until new year if you only put in the paperwork last week. if you're in dire financial hardship, you can contact after day 21 and see if it's possible to hasten the processing at all but there are no guarantees that will happen. and even if FAO process it, is still up to your employer to accept the payments and get it organised from there, so it may take a while to get to you even after that bit is done kwim?

as for the immunisation stuff, that should all be on file if you've provided it in the past - it is automatically requested when any new claim is done though
