    Immunisation Exemption

I have just had a conscientious objection form filled in at the Drs (explained that it is select vaccines only). Other than sending the form off do I need to do anything else?? Its 12mths since the last vax was due and 18mths since the first skipped one. It just seems like maybe Ive missed something because the form is so basic.....

    TIA

it's a really basic form - send it to the medicare address on the form, that will update the childhood immunisation register which will link to c'link and update the system there

IT may take a little time to be cross-checked with centerlink and they may *forget* that you've done it - I did it for DS2 4 years ago and still got a reminder to update his immunisation status when it came time for his 4yo ones.

Thanks ladies . All done and sent now. The Dr mentioned we might receiev a reminder at all as the form had been filled out even though its for past vax's, funny thing is I dont ever remember having got a reminder!

    Thanks again!
