    i got a tax rebate but i only worked about 10 days this financial year.... is that right?

    PP, were you on maternity leave when you were not working? Maternity leave meets the work/study requirements as long as you go back to the same job. Otherwise, if you were not working, studying, looking for work or on maternity leave, the whole time, you should only get it for the period where you were doing one of those things.

    Not paid materntiy leave Mel.
    i worked june-august so that would equate to that quarter.

    It doesn't have to be paid maternity leave PP. Unpaid leave meets the requirement as well. That one surprised me too, when I first got paid CCTR after being on maternity leave I rang them to tell them I'd been overpaid LOL. But apparently I was actually entitled to it, so that was a great bonus.

    as long as you're on Mat leave with the intention of returning to your job, you're entitled to CCTR. if you're not going to be returning to work, call up and get it changed now so that you don't end up over paid

    keep in mind that you can be engaged in study or training and still meet the qualifications, or if you have or are caring for a person with a disability...
