First things first, ring Centrelink on 136150 and let them know what's happened. They will go through the eligibility criteria for FTB A & B, Parenting Payment Single and Rent Assistance. Once they go through the eligibility criteria, if it looks like you might be eligible, they'll go through a quick interview with you and send you out all the paperwork.

Yes call centrelink.
Based on the figures you have indicated and not knowing anything else its hard to say, but you should be entitled to (for next financial year anyway)

FTBA, FTBB, rent assistance, CCB and Child support

I assume when you call FAO they will refer you to child supprt agency but Im not sure.
Based on his income though youshould be entitled to a reasonable amount of child support.

ooops, forgot about the Child Support bit. They can transfer you through to Child Support after interviewing you over the phone if that's what you'd like.
