I'm going to get DS done later this month so hopefully I still get this. I was going to use the money to help buy him a new car seat. I hope it's back in by the time my girls are 4 to help cover the cost of 3 new car seats

i wouldn't put any stock in it being reinstated. it's been reduced from 250 to 130 to zero (with a huge penalty if you aren't meeting requirements) in terms of supplements - i don't see them reinstating it any time soon. i would budget to get car seats from another source (supplements or something)
