it only takes effect from July 4th - prior to that, it's under the current rules - you'll get your last quarter rebate at tax time



ETA - it's july 4 as that is the first week of the new year - they don't go from july 1 - it's the first monday of the new year so that the full week is under one set of rules

just a quick question in regards to CCR.. Are we required to tell c/link that we pulled DD1 out of preschiool? Hadnt thought of it before now, oops

Ummm I wouldn't think so. Because I would assume that if she didn't go then you wouldn't be paying fees so everything will be sweet?!? But I'm not sure
