    if he's going on a part pension it's best to provide the info and be upfront. if it isnt an income that impacts him, all is good. if it is and he hasnt provided the info he gets a debt. if he provides it and someone doesnt code it right, he can appeal any debts - better to giove too much info than not enough - does that make sense? sorry have a wiggly bubba on my lap trying to get at computer!
