I had these pains from about 2-3 DPO for about 5 days, strong cramps and pain in my left ovary and I am pregnant!

    Sounds very positive .

    Good luck!

Keep us posted on the result. I've had the same cramps and pain and all my preg tests have been Zip!

Im 2 days late with my period and still not pregnant according to the tests, so I don't know what the pains mean!? I still have them, but just make sure you don't have an upper UTI like I did the week after Ov. there was no stinging or burning pee then either!

    Good luck

Turns out I am pregnant however at 15DPO my HCG is 20 which is extremely low. My pregnancy tests are very very faint also (like the HCG level is decreasing) my dr said he is sure I must of miscarried and gave me repeat BT for HCG levels that I am having done tomorrow and have to wait 3days for the results. I don't feel pregnant. I now have aches like cramping which is different today but no bleeding. This wait is driving me insane. I don't know if there is any hope I have an alive baby and if not why haven't I started bleeding yet. I am 5wks today so a week after AF was due. HCG 5days ago was 20 so if it was doubling like it should my POAS tests should definately be darker by now and they are not. Its really hard not knowing what on earth is going on. I am so desperate for another child and this ttc buisness is really getting me down. Finally I get pregnant then I am told there si no hope but I also have no signs of a spontaneous m/c. I just feel like I can't move forward. I don't feel like I beling in the belly buddies group or my ttc group as technically I am pregnant but then I don't think there is a baby there. I am just over the wait. Over waiting to get pregnant, waiting to see if I am pregnant, waiting to O, waiting for tests etc. Sorry to complain. Then I feel guilty as I have 2 children and I should be more grateful and just let nature take its course. Its this vicious cycle of emotions from impatients, sadness to guilt

Well I really hope that your pains are cause your UTD and its too early to tell yet. I certainly had pains and was UTD. your outcome is better then mine. Loads of people have pain when they are early pregnant by the sounds of things. Its very hard not knowing.

Emmy - I just heard about your bfp from Aamy (in the 12+ thread) but I hadn't realised things aren't looking so great for you. Wait until you get your next bt results, but until then,

I had really bad ovary/uterus pain this month and never have before, but my test 14dpo was bfn and spotting has started now. So I really don't know what they could mean. I've heard lots of people have this type of pain and turn out to be utd.

    Good luck Emmy
